The Plan Commission of the Village of North Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Wednesday June 17, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 400 7th St. N., for the purpose of hearing comments on the proposed amendments to Chapter 86 Subdivisions, Section 86-4 Conveyance between adjoining property owners, of the Village of North Hudson Municipal Code.
This amendment will clarify that lot lines between adjacent lots in residential zoning districts which were created prior to 1987 may be adjusted as long as the resulting lots meet a 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size for single family residence, or 12,000 sq. ft. for a two family residence.
A copy of the proposed ordinances will be on file at the Village Hall and available for public inspection for a period of two weeks prior to the public hearing.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the hearing.
