Pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 66.0413, the Village Board of the Village of North Hudson (“Village”) orders that the building on the following premises be razed. Said premises have a street address of 712 Pine St., North Hudson, Wisconsin, and a parcel ID of 161-1047-90-000, and are more particularly described as:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the parcel of land conveyed by Viola V. Barker to Raymond A. Lange and Ethel N. Lange, on July 14, 1947 and recorded in Volume 287 of Deeds on Page 512 in the Register of Deeds office in and for St. Croix County, Wisconsin, thence South 200 feet along the East line of said parcel and the projection of said line; thence East parallel with the Section line 90 feet; thence North 200 feet to a point one rod South of the Section line; thence West 90 feet to the place of beginning, being part of Outlot 65 ½ of the Assessor’s Plat of the Village of North Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
This same parcel is alternatively described on certain recorded documents as:
The East 90 feet of the West 157 feet of the North 200 feet of Outlot 65-1/2 in the Village of North Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
The Village Board finds that the building poses a significant risk of injury to first responders who may have to enter in an emergency and to the public, especially children who may enter the building; that the building is not maintained and has significant rotting and large openings through which birds, rodents, and other vermin may enter and breed; and that the building is unfit for human occupancy.
You are therefore ordered to raze the building and to restore the site to a dust-free and erosion-free condition.
You have 45 days to comply with this order from the date of service. If you have not complied with this order by that time, the Village will take appropriate action pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 66.0413 to raze the building and charge you for the costs.

/s/Brian Wert, Village Building Inspector
Attest: /s/ Melissa Luedke, Village Clerk
