Village will pay for sewer service mistake

The village of North Hudson will pay nearly $9,000 to correct a mistake made by a contractor, based on advice from the village for a water/sewer connection at 850 Kirkwood Way No. in North Hudson. The address is in the Derrick Addition, north of Krattley Lane North.


Public Works Director Mark Ekblad told the village board that contractor Denny Bjornstad consulted the village about the proper location to make the water/sewer connections.
