Water expert speaks on sustainability at Phipps
Jennifer Greene of the Water Research Institute in Blue Hill, Maine, will present a lecture entitled "Water's Own Voice: Our Key for Re-envisioning the Future" at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, at The Phipps Center for the Arts.
This program, which is free and open to the public, is co-sponsored by Philadelphia Community Farm in Osceola and the Freshwater Society, and is part of the ongoing What We Need is Here: Encouraging Sustainable Communities partnership project.
