Wisconsin farmers late in getting crops in

Wisconsin farmers are finally getting their crops planted.

Fifty-six percent of the corn is in the ground, thanks to windy conditions which dried the fields over the last week.

Corn planting is still 19 percent behind the five-year average. Only 7 percent of the corn has popped out of the ground, due to the cool temperatures.
