Wrestlers open the season strong

After opening the season with a 55-9 victory over Neillsville/Greenwood/Loyal last Thursday at the high school gym, the Raider wrestling team went on to finish third at the 15-team Lakeville North (Minn.) Invitational Saturday in Lakeville.

The Raiders will face a big early season test when they take on defending Big Rivers Conference champion Menomonie this Thursday at the high school beginning at 7 p.m.
