The United Fund of Troy Township is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1968. Its purpose is to request monetary donations from residents of the town of Troy from September to March. At the annual meeting in April of each year, funds are distributed to local non-profit agencies serving Hudson and River Falls communities.
Donors may also request that donations go to specific organizations. The only expenses incurred by the organization are for licensing from the State and mailing cost for the annual fund drive.
The United Fund of Troy Township board is made up of the following officers: Phyllis Albert, chair; Wally Riedel, vice-chair; Nicole Bradford-Albert, secretary; Gene Tschump-erlin, treasurer; and board members, Marie Nelson, John Huber, Sue Warren, Ken Schoettle and Ruth Nelson.
