Tractor manufacturer announces China plant

CNH said the new plant will improve its business in China, where it's already a market leader in high-powered tractors and harvesting equipment. The company said it sells both New Holland and Case IH tractors in China, along with Case excavators and other construction equipment.
CNH is based is Burr Ridge Illinois. It owns a tractor plant in Shanghai and plans to build the new facility in Harbin, in the northeast part of China.
