Milwaukee police say Robin McCain admitted to them he has exposed himself to women in public almost 30 times.
McCain was arrested after a woman called police last month, saying a man had pulled his pants down in front of her on a city street corner. McCain reportedly has several convictions for flashing, including one where he exposed himself to a child.
