Consent Agenda – Motion by Malick, 2nd by B. Hurtgen to approve

Minutes of the August 7, 2012 County Board meeting, setting the

next meeting date for October 2, 2012 and approving Ordinance

#815(2012) Amendment to St. Croix County Code of Ordinances

Land Use and Development Chapter 17 Zoning Section 17.71

Rezoning Amendment – Schottler Family LTD. Partnership, Town of

Erin Prairie, Agriculture District to Agricultural Residential. Carried

unanimously.

Annual Committee and Department Reports - Clerk of Court, Circuit

Court Judges, Family Court Commissioner and Register in Probate

OLD AND NEW BUSINESS

1. Resolution Approving Application for a 2013 County Conservation

Aids Grant – Motion by Ring, 2nd by Schachtner to approve. Carried

unanimously.

2. Resolution to Advocate for Bus, Commuter Rail, and High Speed

Rail Transportation Alternative Options through St. Croix County –

Motion by Peavey, 2nd by Ostness to approve. Carried: Yes – 12; No

– 4 (voting no – Kilber, Ottino, Hawksford, J. Hurtgen).
