Alliance Laundry Systems, manufacturer of commercial laundry equipment, announced it’s going to expand its manufacturing facilities by the third quarter of next year. It plans to add 20,000 square feet to the operation in two new buildings, at a cost of $23 million dollars.
Leaders at the company say the expansion wouldn’t have been possible without the help from the state and local governments. Alliance says the project, when finished, will increase its washer and dryer production capacity by more than 40 percent.
