Relay meeting set

Hudson Area Relay For Life has chosen a theme for the 2008 relay event, and a captain’s roundtable meeting is planned Monday, April 7, at 6 p.m. in the Community Room at WESTconsin Credit Union, 1601 Maxwell Drive.

Those interested in participating in the event are invited to the meeting, which will include choosing a campsite, planning decorations, auction plans, purchasing luminaries, listening to fund-raising ideas and refreshments.

Team captains or a representative from each team, anyone interested in creating a team, anyone wanting information about being on a team or anyone interested in helping with the relay are welcome to attend (team captains should bring their registration money).
