VILLAGE OF NORTH HUDSON: ORDINANCE NO. 01-2008

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE FOR THE VILLAGE OF NORTH HUDSON, WISCONSIN

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Village of North Hudson wish to amend Chapter 62 Licenses, Permits and Fees to amend and or repeal Section 62-1 (8) Transfer of license or permit, Section 62-1 (9) Replacement of lost or destroyed license or permit, 62-2 Required and 62-3 Schedule of fees, deposits and penalties of the Village of North Hudson Municipal Code.

NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the Village of North Hudson do ordain as follows:

Section 62-1. Issuance and revocation of licenses.

8. Transfer of license or permit. Licenses or permits may be transferable from one person to another. Any license or permit may be transferred from one location to another by approval of the board. A fee for transferring the license or permit shall be established by resolution by the Village Board and said resolution is subject to amendment by the Village Board when deemed necessary.

9. Replacement of lost or destroyed license or permit. Whenever any license or permit shall be lost or destroyed without fault on the part of the holder or his agent or employees, a duplicate in lieu thereof may be issued by the clerk upon satisfying himself of the facts for a fee established by resolution by the Village Board and said resolution is subject to amendment by the Village Board when deemed necessary.

Section 62-2. Required.

A license, permit or fee shall be required for the sale of each of the following or the conduct of the business or activity at the license fee, insurance limits or permit fee established by resolution by the Village Board and said resolution is subject to amendment by the Village Board when deemed necessary.

Section 62-3 Schedule of fees, deposits and penalties - Repealed.
