CITY OF HUDSON: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 4/10/08
Re: Application to amend the conditional use permit for the Heritage Greens planned residential development
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hudson, WI, Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 10, 2008, 7:00 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street. The purpose of the meeting is to invite public comment in regard to an application by BrightKEYS Development/Bieneman Farm, LLC to amend the conditional use permit for the Heritage Greens planned residential development. They propose to expand the commercial area from 4.4 acres to up to 10.25 acres for the development of grocery market, fuel station, car wash, financial institution, office and retail commercial uses. Also, approximately seven (7) acres to be amended from townhome and apartments to institutional senior/special needs housing – 88 units and townhome/multiple family/senior housing – 140 units. The proposed amendment also proposes permitted uses within designated commercial and residential blocks.
The property is described as part of the easterly 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 33, T29N, R19W, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. The proposed development area, approximately 17 acres, is generally located immediately west of STH 35 and north of Hanley Road.
