CITY OF HUDSON: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 5/19/08

Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Hudson will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 19, 2008, 6:55 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street. The purpose is to invite public comment regarding proposed amendments to Municipal Code Chapter 255 Zoning. The proposed amendments are to amend § 255-41. Dwelling units in commercial and industrial districts to permit boardinghouses in the I-1, Light Industrial District and the I-2, General Industrial District upon approval of a conditional use permit and to amend 255 Attachment 1, Table of Permitted Uses (Part 2) at the end of Chapter 255 to provide for boardinghouses, non-profit designated as a C – Conditional use requiring public hearing for the I-1, Light Industrial District and the I-2, General Industrial District.
