Pursuant to its authority under Wisconsin law, including but not limited to, Wis. Stats. ยง125.10, the Common Council hereby ordains as follows:
A. Hudson City Code Section 145 -18 (B)(3), which provides that no initial or renewal alcohol beverage license shall be granted to any person delinquent in payment to the state of any state taxes owed, shall be repealed.
B. Hudson City Code Section 145-16 (A) shall be amended to read as follows:
Suspension, Nonrenewal, and revocation of license.
A. Any person to whom a license has been issued pursuant to this article may have such license suspended, nonrenewed, or revoked by proceedings pursuant to Wis. Stat. 125.12.
This ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and publication as required by law.
