Chamber Music Club to perform

Eight Hudson Middle School sixth- and seventh-grade orchestra members who are part of the Chamber Music Club will perform at Hudson Bagel Monday, June 2.

Chamber music is played in small ensembles without a conductor — the students will be leading themselves. The performance begins at approximately 5:45 p.m.

Middle school students involved in the Chamber Club are seventh-graders Floyd Johnson, Kyara Lebrun and Liz Schultz; and sixth-graders Cally Ahlin, Hannah Betchwars, Mariah Kalmon, Cheyanne Massie and Alex VanSomeren.

Also joining the students will be other small ensemble music performed by area community musicians including Joan Molloy (violin), Sarah Foster (violin) Jack Young (violin and orchestra teacher), Jim Wainright (cello) and Jerry Bestler (viola). The performance is free and open to the public.
