Hudson High School graduation is Saturday

The Hudson High School 2008 graduation ceremony will be Saturday, June 7 at 7 p.m. at Newton Field, located on the grounds of E.P. Rock Elementary School, 340 13th St. S. The ceremony is open to the public and will be held outdoors, weather permitting.

One of the largest classes to ever graduate, the class of ’08 will hear from valedictorian Cynthia Kocik and senior class president Adam Selon. The graduates chose social studies teacher Bob Smith to be the keynote speaker. The ceremony will also include musical performances.

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the HHS east gym and admission will be by ticket only. Each graduate will receive a limited number of tickets if the ceremony is moved indoors.
