Appliance and tire collection is Saturday

All St. Croix County residents are invited to participate in the tire and appliance collections Saturday, June 7, at different sites throughout the county.

All St. Croix County residents are invited to participate in the tire and appliance collections Saturday, June 7, at different sites throughout the county.

Tires and appliances

  • City of Hudson (old landfill site on Krattley Lane just east of Hwy. 35, North Hudson), 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

  • Town of Somerset (Town Hall, 748 Hwy. 35), 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

    Tires only

  • Town of Richmond (Town Hall/Recycling Center, north edge of Boardman), 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

  • Town of Hammond (Town Hall and Recycling Center, 1816 County E), 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

    Appliances only

  • Village of Woodville (behind United Fire Department, 216 River St.), 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

    The cost for appliances is $11 for most appliances, $16 for air conditioners and water softeners. Disposal cost for tires is $2 for cars; $3, trucks; $7, tractors; and $10, heavy equipment.

    Cash and checks will be accepted at all locations.
