Concert series begins in River Falls

The annual Tuesday evening UW-River Falls free summer concert series runs through July 22 at 7 p.m. in the Melvin Wall Amphitheatre on campus.

The annual Tuesday evening UW-River Falls free summer concert series runs through July 22 at 7 p.m. in the Melvin Wall Amphitheatre on campus.

Grilled brats, hamburgers, soda and ice cream will be available for purchase at the concert. Rain site is the UW-RF University Center Falcon’s Nest. The schedule includes:

  • June 17, Tropical Breeze band, Caribbean-style music.

  • June 24, The Roster McCabe band, vocals, world beats and harmonies.

  • July 1, Kids from Wisconsin, musical ambassador show choir.

  • July 8, Tommy Bentz band, rock-and-roll showcase of great musicianship and songwriting.

  • July 15, Sepia Tone, blend of classical, jazz, modern, folk, country, funk and blues.

  • July 22, Trampled By Turtles from Duluth, Minn., fast, stomping bluegrass.
