Re: Amended permit - Marc Zappa d/b/a Mudd’s & Sudd’s (add walking path)
NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the North Hudson Plan Commission on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall at 400 7th St. North, to consider the following:
Amended Conditional Use Permit Application of Marc Zappa d/b/a Mudd’s & Sudd’s at 726 6th St. N. PIN# 161-1063-40-110 to add a designated walking path to fenced in volleyball court area behind Mudd’s & Sudd’s.
A copy of the application is available for viewing at the Village Hall Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
