The St. Croix County Planning and Zoning Committee will be conducting a public hearing on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the St. Croix County Agricultural Center, 1960 Eighth Ave., Baldwin, Wisconsin, to consider the following petition(s):
REZONING
APPLICANT: Tony & Deanna Lind
LOCATION: NE1/4 of NE1/4, Section 6, T29N, R16W, Town of Baldwin
ADDRESS: 1174 220th Street, Baldwin
REQUEST: To rezone approximately 2.354+/- acres from Agricultural to Agricultural-Residential pursuant to Section 17.72 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
APPLICANT: Estate of Thomas Pietsch /Mark & Carrie Monnot
LOCATION: NE1/4 of NW1/4 and NW1/4 of NW1/4, Section 5, T31N, R16W, Town of Cylon
ADDRESS: 2397 Highway 46, Deer Park
REQUEST: To rezone approximately 52+/- acres from Agricultural to Agricultural II pursuant to Section 17.72 of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
