Notice is hereby given that the city of Hudson Board of Building & Zoning Appeals will meet on Wednesday, July 23, 2008, 7:00 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, to hear public comment regarding application by Kyle & Kristin Wolf, 59 Coach Light Drive, requesting a variance to Municipal Code Table of Dimensional Requirements in reference to constructing a deck that will encroach on the required rear yard setback area in a PRD-2, Planned Residential District. The property is legally described as Lot 47, The Lighthouse at Hudson Pier Second Addition, City of Hudson, St. Croix Co., WI.
