Collin A. Ames, Plaintiff, vs. Rebecca M. Ansari and Lynn Klicker Uthe, LTD., Defendants.

Public notice is hereby given that by virtue of an execution issued under the seal of the circuit court for St. Croix County, Wisconsin, upon a judgment in the court on February 28, 2008 in favor of Collin Ames, Plaintiff, and against Rebecca Ansari, Defendant, in the sum of $69,260.37, damages and costs, I have levied upon all right, title and interest of Rebecca Ansari in and to the following real estate:

Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 4, Township 29 North, Range 16 West, Town of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.

I will sell this property at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, on September 2, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the east entrance to the St. Croix County Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin and location to satisfy the execution.
