You are hereby notified pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 799.16(2), that a replevin action has been issued to recover the possession of the following described goods and chattels, to-wit: one 2005 Nissan XTerra VIN # 5N1AN08W35C629204, which the plaintiff, is entitled to possess, but which you unlawfully detained.

Now, unless you shall appear in the St. Croix County Courthouse, 1101 Carmichael Road,Hudson, WI 54016,before the presiding Judge or Court Commissioner to whom the matter may be assigned on 08/26/2008, at 11:00 a.m., judgment will be rendered against you for the delivery of said property to the plaintiff and for damages for the detention thereof and for costs.

We are attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
