Bridge Marathon starts at hospital

The Hudson Health Foundation and Alcove Gift Shop at Hudson Hospital are co-sponsoring a daytime women’s and evening couple’s bridge marathon. Both groups would welcome new players.

Play for the daytime group begins Friday, Sept. 5, at 9 a.m. in the Pine Room at the hospital with breakfast followed by bridge. The following matches will be played in the members’ homes. There will be a total of eight matches per team. Play will conclude with a luncheon late in May.

The evening couple’s group will play seven matches beginning in September and ending in May. Play will conclude with an evening of bridge and dinner in early June.

Registration fees are $25 for each participant of the daytime group and $20 per couple for the evening group. The proceeds will be donated to the Hudson Health Foundation and the Alcove Gift Shop for use in the Healing Arts Program.
