Kelly shot a four-under-par 66 yesterday in Greensboro, N.C. That put him three strokes behind co-leaders Martin Laird and Bob Heintz.
Pewaukee native Mark Wilson is tied for 50th at two-under-68 while Appleton native J.P. Hayes shot a one-over-71, tying him for 116th.
