CITY OF HUDSON: 9/4/08 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given, that the city of Hudson plan commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, September 4, 2008, 7:00 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street to invite public comment in regard to an application for a conditional use permit by Countryside Veterinary Clinic for a veterinary clinic within a B-2, General Business District at 1901 Ward Avenue / Plaza 94 (east bay). The application for a conditional use permit is in accordance with municipal code, Section 255-76 and Section 255–24 Permitted Uses. The legal description of the property is part of SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 30, T29N, R19W, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
