INITIAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF NORTH HUDSON NOT TO EXCEED $675,676 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OR PROMISSORY NOTES FOR A LIBRARY PROJECT

Resolved that the Village of North Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, borrow an amount not to exceed $675,676 by issuing general obligation bonds or promissory notes for the public purpose of financing a library project, consisting of paying the Village’s portion of the cost of acquiring, renovating and equipping a new Hudson Area Joint Library facility to be located at 700 First Street in Hudson, Wisconsin.
