Letter: Bus issue is resolved

Dear Editor,
The school district and its contracted bus company have resolved the issue of safely transporting children to and from River Crest Elementary.
While it is disappointing that it took numerous phone calls and e-mails to resolve a problem that never should have occurred, it is good to see that everyone involved was eventually willing to work together to find an acceptable solution.
Again it is illustrated how important it is that parents be vigilant and involved in their children’s lives and to work together to keep them safe.
