VILLAGE OF NORTH HUDSON: PUBLIC NOTICE - DELINQUENT BILLS
DELINQUENT WATER/SEWER/ANIMAL WARDEN CHARGES/MOWING CHARGES/OTHER UNPAID CHARGES
All delinquent invoices not paid to the Village of North Hudson prior to Thursday, October 23, 2008, will be placed on the 2008 tax roll. Prior to placement on the roll, a penalty of 10% will be added. These charges will be levied against the parcel of property at the street location where the delinquent bills occurred.
To eliminate the possibility of any unforeseen charges on property tax bills, landlords may wish to check with the City Water Department at 715-386-4765 to determine if tenants are keeping their water/sewer bills current.
