Re: Proposed Ordinance 2008-03 - Amend Ch. 168 (Subdivision of Land)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November 6, 2008 the Town Board will consider Ordinance 2008-03 to amend to the Code of the Town of St. Joseph by amending Chapter 168 Subdivision of Land.
The Public Hearing on the proposed amendments to the ordinance will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall, located at 1337 County Road V.
You are further notified that in accordance with WSA ยง66.0103 a copy of said proposed ordinance is on file and is available for viewing by request via email@townofstjoseph.com or at the Town Hall by appointment by calling 549-6235.
