PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on June 13, 2008 in the amount of $232,548.18, the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:
TIME: December 16, 2008 at 10 a.m.
TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier’s check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier’s check or certified funds no later than ten days after the court’s confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold ‘as is’ and subject to all liens and encumbrances.
PLACE: On the East steps of the St. Croix County Courthouse, in the City of Hudson, St. Croix County.
DESCRIPTION: Part of Outlot 30, of Assessor’s Plat of the Village of North Hudson, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Outlot (being 20 rods South and 1 rod West of the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 13-29-20); thence West on the South line of said Outlot, 140 feet; thence North parallel to the East line of said Outlot, 80 feet; thence East parallel to said South line 140 feet; thence South on said East line 80 feet to the place of beginning. Said land being in the Village of North Hudson, St. Croix County, State of Wisconsin.
