Letter: Kids come through

Dear Editor,

The Hudson Middle School just concluded its Stuff-a-Truck campaign to fill the Hudson food shelf. Each of the nine houses at the middle school brought in non-perishable food items.

This year the generosity of the Camelot students was overwhelming. There are 139 students in the House of Camelot and they brought in over 1,200 items.

Due to the tough financial times, we found this especially meaningful, which is why we wanted to share this story. We sometimes hear negative things about kids today, and we wanted to share our food drive success story!

Good work, Camelot students!
