Notice is hereby given that the City of Hudson, WI Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 8, 2009, 7:00 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street. The purpose of the hearing is to invite public comment regarding an application for a conditional use permit for freestanding area signage additions proposed by Kraus Anderson, Inc. dba Plaza 94, 1701-1801 Ward Avenue. The legal description of the property location of the sign is part of the SW1/2 SEC 30 T29N R19W, Clymer’s Commercial Addition, Block F (between 18th and 19th Streets on Coulee Road), City of Hudson, St. Croix County, WI.
