A Hudson woman who was involved in leading officers on a high-speed chase down I-94 last September has been bound over for trial.
Sarah Marie Sheb, 26, 757 Kinney Road, appeared in St. Croix County Circuit Court Dec. 23 for a preliminary hearing on one felony count of fleeing an officer.
An arraignment hearing was scheduled for Tuesday.
Sheb was pursued by a St. Croix County deputy when her vehicle was observed speeding in the town of Hudson.
She was finally stopped by Minnesota State Patrol troopers on the Hwy. 61 exit of I-94 after causing two collisions including disabling a St. Croix County Sheriff’s squad car.
Capt. Scott Knudson of the sheriff’s department said the chase started on Stageline Road about one-third of a mile east of old Hwy. 35 in the town of Hudson.
Sheb was taken into custody along with the passenger in the Durango, Todd Anderson, 28, Centerville, Minn. A charge of fleeing against Anderson was dismissed Oct. 3.
