Letter: Don’t forget to shovel me
With all the snow we have had in December (and probably coming in January through April), many of you have been busy shoveling your driveways or sidewalks, and then go inside to rest and/or warm up.By: Gordy Knudson, Hudson, Hudson Star-Observer
With all the snow we have had in December (and probably coming in January through April), many of you have been busy shoveling your driveways or sidewalks, and then go inside to rest and/or warm up.
But, there is one more thing you should shovel out. Many have already done this, but some have not. Don’t forget about me. I frequently get overlooked until needed.
I hopefully will not be needed, but if so, having no snow around me would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance — your local fire hydrant. Note I am the red item near the street on many lots.
