You are hereby notified that a replevin action has been issued to recover the possession of the following described goods and chattels, to-wit: 2006 Toyota Scion XB, ID# JTLKT334464090095, which I, the plaintiff, am entitled to possess, but which you unlawfully detained from me.

Now, unless you shall appear in the Circuit Court of St. Croix County, located in the St. Croix County Courthouse, in the Courtroom, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, before the Small Claims Court Commissioner, or before any Judge of said Court to whom the said action may be assigned for trial according to law, on February 3, 2009 at 11:00 a.m., judgment will be rendered against you for the delivery of said property to me and for damages for the detention thereof and for costs.
