Town of St. Joe picks candidates at caucus
The Town of St. Joseph held its Town Caucus Thursday, Jan. 8 to nominate citizens for the positions of Second Supervisor, Fourth Supervisor, Town Board Chair and Town Clerk/Treasurer. Those selected will compete in the April 7 election.

Since the position of Town Chair is up for nomination, current Chair Theresa Johnson stepped aside and Supervisor Dan Gavin was selected to run the caucus. Nominees for the position of Town Chair were Incumbent Johnson and Kevin Adkins, a member of the St. Joseph Plan Commission.
Ted Anderson and Incumbent Kevin Moelter were nominated for the position of Second Supervisor. Both Rick Colbeth (incumbent Fourth Supervisor) and Marie Schmit (incumbent Town Clerk/Treasurer) are running unopposed.
