VILLAGE OF NORTH HUDSON: RESOLUTION NO. 2008-13

RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CUSTODIAL BANK FOR VILLAGE OF NORTH HUDSON HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN

The Board of Trustees of the Village of North Hudson, Wisconsin, at a meeting held this 2nd day of December, 2008, hereby adopts of the following resolution:

WHEREAS, the Village of North Hudson has adopted a Health Savings Plan for eligible employees; and

WHEREAS, the Village of North Hudson needs to appoint a bank to act as custodian for said plan’s accounts.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of North Hudson appoints HSABANK, as custodian bank for its Health Savings Plan.
