To: Richard T. Maus, 462 Meadow Lane, Somerset, WI 54025, Defendant(s).

You are hereby notified that a Summons and Complaint has been issued to recover possession of the following described goods and chattels, to wit: 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix, ID# 2G2WS542741291799 of which HSBC Auto Finance Inc., the plaintiff, is entitled to the possession, and which you have (unjustly taken and) unlawfully detained.

Now, unless you shall appear in the Circuit Court Civil Division, St. Croix County, located the Courthouse in the City of Hudson, WI 54016, in said county, before the calendar judge, a judge of said court, or before any judge of said court to whom the said action may be assigned for trial according to law, at 11:00 a.m. on March 3, 2009, judgment will be rendered against you for the delivery of said property and for costs.
