Re:Conditional Use Permit Application - AT&T/New Cingular Wireless
NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the North Hudson Plan Commission on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall at 400 7th Street North, to consider the following:
Conditional Use Permit Application of AT&T/New Cingular Wireless to install a communications antenna and construct an 8’x20’ equipment building at @ 750 Summit Lane N. PIN# 161-1066-30-100.
A copy of the application is available for viewing at the Village Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mon-Fri.
