Hastings man sentenced in sexual assault
A Hastings, Minn., man has received a 30-year sentence in a conviction for sexual assault of a child. Jamie Danile Case was sentenced to 15 years in prison and 15 years’ extended supervision Friday on a June 16 felony conviction for one count of sexual assault of a child.

Jamie Danile Case was sentenced to 15 years in prison and 15 years’ extended supervision Friday on a June 16 felony conviction for one count of sexual assault of a child. In addition, Judge Eric J. Lundell fined Case $518 and ordered him to pay $1,668.87 restitution.
The criminal complaint said that on Jan. 14, 2007, Case had sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl in Glenwood City.
A felony bail-jumping charge against Case, stemming from an Aug. 1 incident, was read into the record and dismissed.
