Kings of the pond
Lance and Kelly Wendlandt, both of whom coach for the Hudson Hockey Association, were part of a six-person team that won the 2009 USA Hockey Pond Hockey National Championship.
Lance and Kelly Wendlandt, both of whom coach for the Hudson Hockey Association, were part of a six-person team that won the 2009 USA Hockey Pond Hockey National Championship. Other players were from Minnesota and California.
Lance coaches the girls U-12 team, and Kelly the girls under 8-year-olds, along with boys peewee teams. Their team beat a group of former NHL players from Chicago in the title game.
