William Wagner, 55

William S. Wagner, 55, of Stillwater, Minn., died peacefully on Friday, Feb. 13, after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born July 24, 1953, and was a loving husband, dad and son.

Survived by loving wife of 33 years, Geri; children, Nate, Shane, Blair and Billy; special family friends, Megan and Cortnie; mother, Hattie; siblings, Bob (Diana), Val Strukel, Denice (Dennis) Anderson; many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by father, Robert; brother, Dennis; and brother-in-law, Frank Strukel.

He was an employee of Mouldings Plus, was an avid Democrat, hockey and golf fan, who had a love for horses and loved spending time with his family.

The service was at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, at First Presbyterian Church, 6201 Osgood Ave. N., Stillwater.

Visitation was from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Ave. N., Stillwater, and one hour prior to the service at the church.

Interment was in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Bayport.

Memorials are preferred to the family.
