Re: Amended Conditional Use Permit Application of Marc Zappa d/b/a Mudd’s & Sudd’s
NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the North Hudson Plan Commission on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall at 400 7th St. North, to consider the following:
Amended Conditional Use Permit Application of Marc Zappa d/b/a Mudd’s & Sudd’s at 726 6th St. N. PIN# 161-1063-40-110 to add a designated walking path and fenced in volleyball court area behind Mudd’s & Sudd’s for volleyball games.
A copy of the application is available for viewing at the Village Hall Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
