Hospital classes

  • Free health seminars: Meditation to Reduce Stress, Monday, March 16, 6:30 p.m.; Colon Cancer Screening & Colonoscopies, Monday, March 23, 6:30 p.m. — hospital conference center. Registration recommended, (715) 531-6250.

  • Yoga classes with instructor Renee Lindquist: Yoga for Seniors, Saturdays, 11 a.m.-noon. $15 per session or $100 for 10-class punch card. Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Saturdays 9:30-11 a.m. $20 per session or $120 for 10-class punch card. Call for start times and locations, (715) 531-6250.

  • Heartsaver CPR & AED, March 21, 26 – times vary. Certification provided. $10.

  • Family and Friends CPR, March 17, 6:30–9 p.m. No certification. $10.

    Blood drives

    Two American Red Cross blood drives are scheduled in Hudson this month. The first is Monday, March 16, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., in the Hudson Hospital conference center. Appointments are required, (715) 531-6250.
