Hudson Middle School has parent seminar March 23

Hudson Middle School is hosting a free parent seminar from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Monday, March 23, in the school’s Excalibur area on the first floor.

Hudson Middle School is hosting a free parent seminar from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Monday, March 23, in the school’s Excalibur area on the first floor.

Parents will have time to attend three of the following sessions:

  • Planning with My Child, Goal Setting and Career Exploration, with guidance counselors Megan Blakeley, Angela Goebel and Lynn Krueger.

  • Just Moody or Not: Recognizing Teen Depression, with school social worker Mary Paulson.

  • Healthy Habits for Teens: Sleep, Nutrition and Fitness, with school district nurse Sharon Kaltenberg.

  • What’s in Town: Alcohol and Drug Use Among Youth, with school district AODA prevention coordinator Dana Krahenbuhl.

    HMS staff will be available to answer questions and provide resources on related topics. Refreshments will be served. To sign up, call (715) 377-3820; walk-ins are welcome.
