You are hereby notified that a replevin action has been issued to recover possession of the following described goods and chattels, to-wit: 2005 Chevrolet Equinox, ID#2CNDL73F556012592, of which the plaintiff is entitled to possess, but which you have unlawfully detained from said plaintiff.

Now, unless you shall appear in the Circuit Court of St. Croix County, in the Government Center located at 1101 Carmichael Road in the City of Hudson, Wisconsin, before the calendar judge or any other judge of said court to whom this action may be assigned for trial according to the law, on March 31, 2009 at 11:00 a.m., judgment will be rendered against you for the delivery of said property to the plaintiff and for damages for the detention thereof and for costs as provided by law.
