CITY OF HUDSON: 4/13/09 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Hudson Board of Building & Zoning Appeals will meet on MONDAY, APRIL 13th, 2009, 6:30 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, to hear public comment regarding application by David Ruesink and Kathleen Ruesink, 5720 West 98-1/2 Street, Bloomington, MN requesting a variance to Municipal Code Chapter 255-18, St Croix Wild and Scenic Riverway and Shoreland Protection Overlay District and specifically the Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter NR118.06(1)(e)1 in reference to constructing a single-family residence that will encroach on the required 100 foot setback from the ordinary high-water mark. The property is generally described as approximately a two acre parcel located at the south end of Front Street with parcel #236-1668-00-000 located in the R-1, One-Family Residential District, City of Hudson, St. Croix Co., WI.
